Our Process For Webflow SEO

Having a conversation or two is a great way to start any Webflow SEO project. If you have a marketing/content team, this is a great stage to involve them. We can cover key questions and align on the end-goals that we're looking to achieve.

Research
Once we've nailed the purpose of the project, we're then in a position to audit what you have live now (if anything) and perform thorough research to help us identify keywords, trends, content ideas and any other opportunities.

Create Plan
We'll present a condensed version of our research and further discussion, after you're approval, we'll create a top-level plan (6 or 12 months) to present again, for you to share within your internal channels and approve.
Create Strategy

Once the plan is approved, we start getting granular and breakdown each element of the project plan and adding to Clickup, so you and your colleagues can track progress or the state of play of any individual tasks, at any time.
Install Tracking

Part of the research would be to identify and which tracking formats we'll be using, then installing. This could be a simple custom setup on Google Analytics 4 and/or Tag Manager. We could also use Hotjar or for larger websites, Full Story and other high-traffic tracking tools.
Deploy Strategy

As soon as the required tracking is installed and has been thoroughly tested, we then start with with the deployment of the strategy. We'll keep you in the loop at all times, via a custom Slack channel that'll connect both our respective teams and will keep to any milestones or deadilnes that have been set.
Monitor Uplifts

We closely monitor your website/webpages, keeping an eye on all the key metrics we agree after our initial conversation (Step 1). We will have eyes on your analytics at all times, including weekends - to ensure we can take any action asap if need be.
Report Results

After a pre-agreed amount of time, we'll then start the regular reporting. The contents of the report will have been agreed, again in Stage 1 of this process, so there are no nasty surprises! We find this works well 100% of the time for all of our SEO clients.
